A nightmare to deal with. They disconnected us by mistake. We had to go days without internet , spent hours on the phone speaking to so many different people as I got transferred and each time I had to start all over again with my details and concerns . And it’s not the first time. Internet also crashed 3 times in 3 weeks , each time resulting in phone calls and transfers . Arghhh!!! Will leave them .

Has good promotions such as credits and free months
Easy to set up and the Tech Ninjas are really helpful.
Promotion for Neon was difficult to set up and Neon itself has limited range of shows.

This was a RURAL broadband connection.
NO line of sight to the tower.
Relied on a bounced signal.
PLEASE bear in mind this was my only option other than satellite, due to the location. This was better than nothing at all.
Only relative cheap option.
speed was SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW.!

We were not impressed to have our email service dumped.
We are not impressed to have no option about broadband except the so-called Fibre-X
Trouble free more or less while we were with them after they bought TelstraClear
No UFB where we live because we have the Telstra cable
Thus tied to one provider.

Anything goes wrong , with land line or Internet can take ages and several attempts to connect with a supervisor who can actually process and correct problem.
Ninjas in local shop are fantastic long may they remain.

We're on the office net unlimited plan (business account) which is currently $99 ex GST a month which includes landline.
Cheaper than other business broadband providers
Speed is really slow. Around 13-14 Mbps download and less than 0.8 Mbps upload which is quite poor as we needed more upload speeds.
