Very bad service. They don't care about the costumers. I'm waiting they to change my connection to fibre for more than 1 year. I just received a email saying that they are not sure if my address is correct and because of that they need a few more months. They are completely useless people

Terrible provider.
Demanded we pay for additional months after our contract ended.
Advertised 100mbs but only got 10 if very lucky.
Increases costs without warning.
The technical support chat is a service you pay for.
services to do with extracting money are easy and fast
services to do with providing and cancelling internet are not so

Had issues with routers trying to talk up the backside of each other at first but when explained to tech support, very helpful and no goes like a rocket. Three PC Cat 6 connected, four wireless modems and ten devices connected wirelessly.

Beware of the 30 days notice cancellation requirement which they don't tell you about but is buried in the fine print. Other Internet providers don't have this requirement.

I did not go ahead with my republic as we could not agree on payement details. They wanted payement by credit card.
I could only offer TSB eftpos card which was not acceptable to them
Have gone ahead with an Orcon Fibre installation

Bloody awful. The internet would completely drop out several times a day - occasionally it would stay out for some time. The only response I could get to my complaints was 'upgrade to the faster plan'.

Fast and reliable, but no deals or bonus offered after our contract ran out which means we are switching to another company.
Fast & Reliable. Never been down for more than an hour since we signed with them.
