Internet keeps cutting on an off over the last year. Got worse over the last month, to the point it cut off altogether after bad weather. Slingshot support kept booking Chorus techs on days i told them i would be at work. Finally Chorus guy arrived an told us nothing wrong with our lines, but Slingshot modem is stuffed. Some of the support is excellent, but others are crap.
Yeah right, flamin useless.
Kept on getting the run around to get them to book a Chorus Tech to come out on a day i would be at home. Had to wait 5 days to get the internet back on.

Am already with Slingshot (about 2 years) after getting away from Clear.net (vodafone) and have been reasonably satisfied. We have had Fibre (Enable) installed up our Lane ( 12 residences) just last week and making contact to check packages/options now that fibre is available. Have not been able to talk with anyone at Slingshot about options, so have made enquiries here.

After a few initial issue with install my 12 months with Slingshot have been pretty much trouble free. Main reason not staying with them is even when I told them I'd been offered a better offer they wouldn't match it.

intended to switch to slingshot and your web site seemed to be good
slingshot response but the customer service was very inexperience and requested me to talk with their technical team. I think their competitors will help me.
hope you can feedback slingshot if they could follow up new customer properly

Switching to increase speed, data cap and to get a new router.
My old plan is the cheapest in the land
No free upgrade to latest speed/cap - need to pay 40% more to upgrade, which is a lot given I've been a long time customer.

The fibre package was frequently only capable of streaming at SD or lower quality. Few reliability issues though.

I am paying a small fortune for Slingshot's ultrafibre plan, which they advertise as supporting simultaneous streaming on multiple devices with speeds up to 1000 mpbs up and 500 down. Like most ISPs, they set me up with a standard modem/router, which could not begin to service a medium-to-large house on its own. In fact, the signal is only detectable on one floor of the house and then without speeds of about 10/10 (or 1/1000 of what I am paying for). Purchased an expensive Go ...read more
They can deliver ultra high speed fibre into your house.
You will not actually be able to network your devices at much more than dial up speeds, and having high speed internet that is unusable is actually worse (and more expensive) than not having it available at all.

no help when i have a problem , last week had to get a computer expert as slingshot suport lost paitents with me when i could not log into slingshot .
I get internet as last company i was with , I often had no internet .
Often not helpful .
