I moved back to Stuff from Vodafone for better customer support. They're quick to answer your call and you can chat online if you prefer. There was a couple of glitches in signing me up as a returning customer, but it was still much easier than joining Vodafone. Even though my plan is equivalent to Vodafone's, the speed is much faster and doesn't seem to suffer many drop-outs. Very easy & quick communication. Fast delivery of modem. Quick and smooth new fibre connection from street by chorus. Easy modem setup.

I switched to Stuff fibre because I wanted faster Internet and a month by month contract. I've been perfectly happy with it but am moving on from my 7. 5 Yr earthquake insurance claim and will be able to sign up to a 1or 2 Yr contract once I've moved into my new house. I'm looking for something a bit cheaper but also reliable.

We only needed a 3 month contract in 2016 and again this year. Stuff fibre makes no provision for returning loyal customers.
Good service while we were hooked up
