Free cheap, crappy modem - we're on our 2nd one
Cons
Unreliable vdsl - connection drops off regularly, speed slow & variable daily/ weekly, hate speaking with customer who are a million miles away

Got 100/20 fiber, works fine. Using cable to get full speed though. Had constant issues with Wi-Fi

Great service compared to what we had with farmside before. We were paying over $300 a month before for 200gb and our bill has been more than halved, and we dont need to use slow satellite anymore.

Local ISP with lots of backhaul so no slowdowns at peak time.
Pros
Great support team, very fast at all times of the day, low latency for gaming, large wireless coverage area.
Cons
Not the cheapest, but better value since unlimited plans were released. 24month contract required for free install.
