Very slow when there is an issue

For about the last 5-6 months Sparks monthly bill had 100 & 200 fiber on it.
Each month we complained and finally last bill was good.
Trouble is I worked for the NZ Post Office and Telecom for over 25 years and my wife about 6 years, so we having problems letting go.....

Speeds good, about 96 Mbps

TRying to get fixed, very hard

Slow speeds, advertised VDSL compatible but couldn't provide acceptable service. Very dissappointing

Unfortunately not what I expected to receive from 2Degrees.

Pros

Good range cover, covers entire house without issue

Cons

Speed is heavily effected when streaming media. Impossible to stream on more than one computer at once and the quality is not the best.

Bad connection all the time dropping out all call centre says is we are sorry but fibre will be in your area 2018 sometime
overseas operators with no knowledge or they just disconnect you mid conversation and don't log your call so no history of complaint

Modem packed up and they didn't want to help. Purchased a new modem and because it wasn't one of theirs they did not want to help me get it connected. Their attitude changed rapidly when I told them I would move to the opposition
