Love BigPipe, they're a great company and joining them was a breeze, got the internet speed I paid for and connecting to the net was snappy! I would definitely recommend BigPipe to anyone looking for a new ISP ;)

Poor service. This appears to be a regular theme with Spark. Never got connected (after months of waiting). When I complained, Spark suggested I speak with the cancellation team.

Customer service is incredibly poor. Modems are cheap and nasty.

Switched to Unlimited from 2degrees to get more plan choice, in particular 100/100.

Pros

Good price, unlimited data cap and no term contract.

Cons

Bit slow on responding to support queries, hate their port filtering policy, and downstream speeds less than with 2degrees and pretty variable, ranging from 45Mbps to 85Mbps. 2degrees was consistently around 95Mbps.
